"Loose Ends" hints lead into a deep funk "Camino" jam as TREVOR BASS makes the filth even filthier. From there, Rick leads into a segment similar to "SOS" or the "Crosseyed and Painless" intro jam as Peter warms up on Vibe. A final pivot into a long, evil build similar to the Philly "Echo" with some foot-guitar action from Peter explodes back into the song. Fully engaging throughout.
2023-07-01Echo of a Rose19:36Goose Nelson Ledges Quarry Park Garrettsville OHExtra raunchy clav by Peter kicks off before the switch to piano gives Rick the space to start laying the foundation for what becomes a frantic journey through a sonic maze. The 13 minute mark begins the fast tempo escape from the morass. Soaring guitar work by Rick builds the jam to a couple really nice peaks before reentry.
2023-09-17Echo of a Rose12:13Goose Miller High Life Theatre Milwaukee WI-> in from "Myst." Picks up where the groove left off and builds up a powerful head of steam before heading smoothly into "Take On Me," finishing out an excellent trio of songs to begin the second set.
2023-11-04Echo of a Rose13:59Goose Luxor Cologne Trevor and Peter find a really catchy repeating downward progression theme that the band builds around. Excellent gradual collective cool down that allows band to side into "Borne."
2023-11-15Echo of a Rose13:09Goose BAaD Glasgow Quickly heads for Winter 2022-style dark jamming. Trevor gets DEEP into Spuds' pocket as Rick's angular soloing swirls around Peter's eerie piano. Synths come in as it gets heavier and into some carnival-like zones before the band bails back into the "Echo" ending.
